Puppy Homecoming Consultation

A consultation at your home to discuss the best plan for your puppy’s planned homecoming or recent arrival. Advice on everything from what behaviours to expect as your puppy develops, to help on setting up and puppy proofing your home to get you and your puppy off to a good start with early training needs, such as toilet training and what ‘socialisation’ really means.

Early Days Foundation Training

One to One plan for you and your puppy to start some fun foundation training at home – the perfect low distraction environment. Our young pups have brains like sponges so why not take advantage of that to start some simple foundation training exercises from day one that will set you and your pup up for future success.

1-2-1 Puppy Training

It’s great when your pup starts to get some understanding of simple training cues like Sit, Wait and recall cue, however, taking that outdoors into the real world can often be a challenge. Harrogate Dog Training offers bespoke training sessions to help you put into practise what you learn indoors – outdoors!

Puppy Behaviour

Things not going quite to plan? Not sure how to help pup understand the behaviours you want to fit into your family life? Why does your puppy do that? At Harrogate Dog Training I can help by giving you some tools for your puppy training toolbox. Common issues like puppy biting and walking nicely on a lead are best addressed from day one so why not give me a call to discuss your training needs?
